"pMD is the BEST. I got a new work phone and the app had not been added to the new phone. Monday I downloaded the app (everything went fine, no brainer) but I goofed big time and erased two of our hospital lists. I wasn’t aware of what I had done until one of my docs’ list at one of the hospitals was completely gone and he called pMD, who confirmed that I accidentally erased it. Not real happy, he called me and said, “hey, you know the funniest thing happened - my pMD rounding list is gone and…” I stopped him with “OMG I did it, I don’t know how I did, but I did!”, followed by a BUNCH of “I am so sorry” and “I will fix it!!!!” He replied, “you think you could?” Well, yes SIR. Which I did. BUT then I thought, oh no I bet I did it to others too. In a big panic I called pMD and got someone on the phone, who by the way was so wonderful. He very quickly assured me I wasn’t going to die that day!!!! He was able to tell me which patients I erased at 3 hospitals, and fixed the problem. I am telling you if it had not been for his kindness, patience, and knowledge, I would have probably had a heart attack and needed one of our doctors whose list I accidentally erased. No joke, pMD is the greatest. I have never experienced someone being so nice and patient when I thought he was probably thinking ‘what a dumb ol’ lady’.
