"I wanted to let you know what kind of impact your software has made on our bottom line. I absolutely believe I can point to PMD as one of the reasons our cash flow has suddenly increased. Prior to using PMD our process was for the surgeon to grab a facesheet from the hospital, stuff it in his pocket and hope it made it back to his office where it might sit for up to 6 weeks before he got around to coding it. Now, he steps out of the operating room, pulls out his phone and sends the codes directly to our billing staff. A claim is created and sent out the same day. This means that we often receive payment 3-5 days after surgery. And, since insurance has already processed their claim, we can collect patient portion (or at least discuss with facts) at their post operative appointment. AMAZING!"
