How do I log in?

  • Web access: You can access pMD from a web browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. Please use the following link to get started, and then log in with your Pediatrix credentials: https://www.pmd.com/sso/pediatrix
  • Mobile app access:  Tap on the link to install pMD on iOS or install pMD on Android. You can also go to the App Store or Google Play Store and search for ‘pMD.’ Once the app is downloaded, start by entering your cell phone number, and then if prompted, enter the username provided in the initial welcome email you received from pMD. pMD will begin registering your device and downloading your data until you are good to go!
  • pMD did not receive all provider cell phone numbers before training. To add your cell phone to your account for easier mobile app setup and password recovery, log in from the pMD website and navigate to the profile tab to update your cell phone number.

How do I correct a visit after I submit it?

WEB
  • If you have already approved your visit and need to make corrections, start by finding the patient and clicking on their name from the census or locate them via search. On the left-hand side, you will see all of the patient’s past visits. Click on the Approved visit you would like to edit:

  • If the visit has already been Billed, it is no longer editable. If you need to request corrections to a visit that has already been billed, submit a new visit and use the Additional Notes field to indicate your requested changes for the billing team.
MOBILE
  • You can make changes directly to approved charges by logging in at https://www.pmd.com/sso/pediatrix
  • If you do not have easy access to the pMD website, the best way to submit a correction from the mobile app is to submit a new visit and use the Additional Notes field to indicate your requested changes for the billing team.

I have multiple accounts. What do I do?

  • When logging in to the pMD website via https://www.pmd.com/sso/pediatrix, use your Pediatrix credentials to log in. You will see all of your accounts and the practice they are linked to. Click on the name of the practice you’d like to add charges under.
  • Currently, you can only have one account at a time installed on your mobile device. It is recommended that you log in with your primary or most frequently used account on your smartphone or tablet. You can use the pMD website or a secondary device or tablet for your other account.
